These are people who also work closely with clients and their Key Worker. Their role is to listen to what the client and their Key Worker have planned and make sure that the plans are carried out effectively.

Both the Associate Worker and Key Worker will provide ‘personal care’, that is, they will assist the client with such tasks as washing and bathing, if the client needs them to. Associate Workers also participate in an on-going process of specialist education and training pertinent to their role.
